Dr. Carpenter presently practices medical malpractice law combined with the knowledge of what is and is not excellent medical practice. In addition to Dr. Carpenters knowledge of law and medicine, he makes available to you a vast amount of information so you, the client, aren't kept in the dark about your choices. Our policy here is to let you decide how you case goes. We will sometimes accept cases involving legal malpractice, auto accidents, or general personal injury law, but only when they involve very significant injuries. Approximately 90% of our work is medical malpractice.
